Flat fee for residential visit, 2.5 hours of items to be verbally evaluationed and appraised. Appraisals will consist of condition, approx circa date/history (if known), rarity and current market value. These are limited informal appraisals. These are largely used for general knowledge of item. Some items will need to be researched on location for up to date values. **These are NOT formal written appraisals.
