Are you in need of an antique or vintage personal property appraisal?
Look no further! Our team of experienced appraisers offers a variety of appraisal services that are tailored to meet your needs. We understand that each appraisal comes with many questions, which is why we will guide you on what type of appraisal you need and what it will entail.
We provide single item appraisals as well as membership packages for multiple items or collections.

Evaluations can usually be conducted in two ways: in person or online via photos.
An on-site evaluation will include a history of the item, an assessment of its condition and quality, and a current local resale value.
In some cases, this evaluation can also be done online by emailing photos, and you will receive the same assessment information.
Feel free to take notes and ask questions during the on-site appraisal.
If the client chooses to communicate via email or text, an informal write-up will be provided.
We offer several packages to accommodate both small and large needs of our clients.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with an estate and have questions or need assistance in finding estate sale companies or local auction houses, we can help you determine the best steps to take next.
We provide multiple local recommendations to help you get started, and this service is available via email or phone.
Please note that this is not an appraisal service.

-Site Consultation: Up to 2.5 hours of in-home services, including a general evaluation of items.

Written Reports

Official Purposes

This service provides official reports typically required for insurance or legal purposes. The report is a detailed written document that includes the following components: description of the item, provenance, the process used to determine its value, condition evaluation, and the type of value assigned.
Reports are generally valid for five years. The service is offered for a one-time flat fee and may take five or more business days to complete.
Please note that the price is not based on the item's value, but rather on the time required for research and evaluation. Pricing will be determined after an initial inspection of the item. In-person evaluation is necessary to accurately assess the item.
